Alison Trott

Alison is a chartered occupational psychologist with over 25 years’ experience in leadership development and executive coaching. She has a strong understanding of what constitutes best practice in relation to the assessment and development of people at work and uses this knowledge to underpin all her solutions. She has worked with a wide range of clients across different sectors and jurisdictions including Europe, USA, and the Middle East. She provides business psychology services to enable organisations to get the most from their people and people to get the most from their organisations. Sectors include professional services, financial services, pharma, legal services, energy, government, academic, and public services.

Alison obtained her first degree in Human Psychology at Aston University, followed by a Master’s degree at The University of Sheffield, where her dissertation examined the impact of goal setting on career motivation. She achieved chartered status in 1998 and is trained and experienced in a range of psychometrics. Alison holds coaching certificates from The University of Sydney’s Coaching Psychology Course and The NLP Practitioners Course.
