Jane Davey

Jane is a highly experienced coach. As well as working in partnership with Pathlight OD, she has run her own coaching business for several years. She works across a range of sectors including professional service firms, energy, public and third sector organisations. 

Jane has 20 years’ experience as an executive coach, working with over 300 senior professionals to develop leadership skills, transform performance, manage role transitions and improve their relationships with clients and colleagues. She has supported many people to realise their leadership potential, and establish themselves in senior roles, helping them to lead successfully, delegate effectively and work collaboratively to develop and deliver their business visions. She has a talent for helping people with diverse backgrounds succeed in traditional organisational environments. She combines an interest in and knowledge about business culture and systems with a deep understanding of psychology and how people develop and learn.

She spent 30 years as a Learning and Development professional in PwC, having first qualified as a chartered accountant. She is a registered psychotherapist with BACP and is a member of the BACP Coaching faculty.
